Order process

Order placement Clients are required to provide complete and accurate details regarding their project.
Payment Payment must be paid in full before the order is processed, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery We ensure the timely delivery of all orders. In case of any delays, the service informs you ahead of time.

Use of work

Write My Assignments UK offers all the materials and services for guidance and reference purposes only.

Clients agree not to use any of the work for their own academic submissions.

Any consequences arising from the misuse are the responsibility of the client only.

Revisions

Write My Assignments UK offers free, unlimited revisions for valid requests.

All revision requests must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days post delivery date in case of assignments. For these and dissertations, the request timeline extends to 60 days.

All revision requests must comply with the original instructions of the order

Any additional or major changes will be charged separately.

Refunds

The service may offer refunds under certain conditions, such as failure to deliver the order within the agreed-upon timeline or substandard work that cannot be improved after revisions.

All refund requests must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days post-delivery date. No refund requests will be considered beyond that timeline. The request timeline is 60 days for theses and dissertations.

The acceptance or approval of any refund request is subject to our evaluation of the circumstances.

Intellectual property

All rights to the material produced by the service remain with Write My Assignments UK until full payment is received from the client.

Upon payment completion, the client receives a license to use the material within the limitations stated by the service.

Confidentiality

We do not disclose clients' information to any third party except as required by the law.

Limitation of liability

The service is not responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage to the client arising from the use or misuse of the service.

The continued use of the service after the revised terms and conditions will constitute the agreement of the client.
